This was a deterrent, even though there is less possibility of scarring in this kind of a procedure as compared to the older scalpel method. At the same time, laser surgery does not give a guarantee for a 100 per cent scar-free operation. Of late, many are actually turning to a traditional method that has been practiced among the Native Americans for removal of moles, warts and other such skin eruptions.
