Here are a few ways to prevent acne: 1. Drink a lot of fluids. Water and other fluids refresh the skin. Our body is composed of cells that need water and other fluids to wash away the harmful elements and chemicals present in the body. Drinking at least eight glasses of fluids each day is enough to hydrate the cells and flush away toxins. 2. Clean face with gentle facial wash regularly. To get rid of the stubborn dirt that clogs the pores. Cleanse your face with a facial wash that is gentle so as not to make it dry. Also choose products that are made with natural ingredients. 3. Avoid using excessive make-up. Too much make-up clogs the pores and does not help the skin breath. Make-ups may also have chemicals that damage skin layers or irritate the skin. 4. Use the right products for your skin. Do not use oil-based products if you have oily skin or powder-based ones if you have dry skin. Using oil-based products for oily skin just add up to the oil production thus causing pores to clog. Using powder-based ones for dry skin just absorb the already little production of oil. Determine your skin type so you could choose the correct products. 5. Moisturize. Pamper your skin with moisturizer to retain the lost moisture throughout the day. Moisturizers retain the skins moisture which is necessary to keep it glowing and healthy. If you have already got acne screaming in your face, do not fret, there are several ways to treat acne. The following are gradual but sure ways that you lose them. Getting rid of acne when you already have them. 1. Wash face. Washing the face with acne helps in cleaning the face and prevents further development of acne. It is a gradual but effective way to erase acne out of your face. 2. Egg white face mask. Egg white is good for the skin. Apply it on skin and leave it for a few minutes, rinse and see the results. The skin feels tighter and smoother. 3. Use gentle acne treatment. There are already commercial acne treatments available. Just choose one that is tested and gentle enough. 4. No, do not prick them! Never prick pimples or use removing tapes because they make holes in the skin and damage the pores.
